If a person's birth is not registered and he does not know his age what shall he write as his age?
one of my friend having these problem.
while making voter id,pan card age is required.then what he will write?
HE DOES NOT KNOW HIS FATHER'S/MOTHER'S NAME ALSO. SO WHAT SHALL HE WRITE AS HIS FATHER'S/MOTHER'S NAME?
PLEASE SUGGEST.

Is he an abandoned child who has grown in a rescue home? If so, the rescue home would have recorded his age when they got him admitted to the home. Give the age as certified by the Home. As regards parentage, the same would have to be recorded as "unknown".

Robin! You have asked this query in English in a very decent way so one can safely imagine that your friend is also having the same status as of you means he is also an educated guy so this is near to impossible to imagine that he has not mentioned the name of his parents and date of birth in his admission register while getting admission in the school etc. What ever written there should be regarded as true and election commission, income tax department wherein such requirements you told, do accept such certificates issued by educational institutions as correct.
Don't take this site so lightly.
