Sir/Madam,
Am in my own house for past 10 years without any prob. Recently, I had undergone heart surgery and been admitted in hospital for past 2 months. During that time, my neighbour did some act, without my knowledge , due to which, my septic tank had broken & his drainage water is entering into that. How can I prevent it legally & immediately? Can I give complaint to Commissioner directly for immediate action ?

Dear Client,

You can file a Civil Private Nusense Case for permanent injunction against your neighbor also pleading injury to you and your property on account of his wrongful conduct and penal damages/exemplary damages along with an ad interim injunction petition pending the main case to restrain him from continuing his wrongful conduct and causing nusense to you.

File injunction suit against your neighbour seek therein mandatory injunction for removing his water drainage line from your septic tank and also prohibitory injunction for not to do any wrongful act in future.
