false 420case on my father

my father was agent of a company that is shut down,there is my marriage in few days,due to which few people filed a case against him nd he is aressted.he is so innocent,tb patient nd honest,people misused his simplicity.plz advice us how can we have bale?will he get bale before my marriage?what we can do plz tell us.

Without background of the problem with information how your father was concerned with the closed company, neither it is possible to assume the innocence and honesty of your father, nor you can expect any proper solution to your problem from the experts.

What were the transactions involved?

When were the transactions involved?

When was the company shut?

Who made benefit of his honesty?

How do you think he is honest?

What is the nexus between your marraige and this complaint as hinted by you?

without there facts none can udnerstand anything about your case.

You have so far conveyed only one thing clearly that your father is TB patient and in custody. If that is so you may try bail on medical ground.
