Process fee not submitted stay vacated

the stay has vacated on the trail proceedings due to non submission of the process fee. what can be done to get the stay back.

sir i have submitted the process fee is there any special format for application for restoration of stay order. do we have any judgments on it available?

I think that stay order cannot be set at naught for non payment of process fees. Non payment of process fee may at at he best defer issuance of notices to the other side.

in high court stay order has been vacated and even the restoration of stay was denied inspite of producing proof of payment of process fee and issue of notice...where should the appeal be made for restoring the stay or a fresh stay application to be made..
