Can a woman change to her maiden name while her divorce petition is still under court trial?

Can a woman start using her maiden name officially while her divorce petition is still under court trial? The divorce petition was filed in March 2011 and is still pending with the court. Experts, please advise!

change it after divorce . other wise you will have to amend the petition as divorce petition must have been filed in name given after marriage
