Cooperative society agm - minority group care

(Querist) 09 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
sir
a cooperatnive society was formed for providing plot to its 250 members. a land mafia has taken control of the society. he has decided to construct 1200 flat in the land. AGM has approved. construction of flat is started after taking necessary permission. ten members are interested in plot . this should not be a big issue and vested right of these original members be protected. those who are interested in flat should be allotted flat and those who are interested in plot should be allotted plot. why a decision of a majority be binding on a group which is not having majority support. everybody's needs are different. option should be given. society has given a reason for constructing flat which is not correct and even high court lucknow bench did not accept it. but since AGM has decided high court allahabad has asked ten members to comply. can these ten member get any relief in supreme court. is there any ruling of supreme court.
