a judicial officer is suspended on a unanimous application filed by a lady staff. Now my question is whether on such unanimous application action can be taken against the judicial officer?

Querist and experts,

It is ANONYMOUS and not unanimous. ANONYMOUS means scribe does not disclose his identity; whereas unanimous means of one voice/ or unopposed.

Querist said it is UNANINOUS and not ANNONYMOUS. Even in case of annonymous complaint thee is procedure to take cognisance.

anonymous or unanimous, the querist has pointed out that it is staff lady member of the judicial officer. apprently without knowing the facts and circumstances of the case, it is rather difficult to comment, but the fact that the officer has been suspended, provokes us to think about the seriousness of the allegation by her
