Is the live-in relationship can be maintained as leal relation without taking divorce from first wife? First wife is not ready to live and nor gave divorce ?

In law, you cannot maintain live-in relationship with a woman other than your wife. As your relations with your wife are strained, there is every likelihood of her filing a criminal complaint against you for adultery and you will be in trouble.

you cnat have live in relation ship . if your wife comes to know you will be in serious trouble . she may make your life miserable by filing complaint for adultery .

With due respect, are we assuming that the lady with whom the husband of the querist maintains live-in-relationship is a married woman and that her husband is alive?
Otherwise, how does the question of 'adultery' arises?

nowhere it is mentioned dat c is married.he has not married just having live in relations.keep it up may be ur ex wife turns up fast n ask for divorce.remember u cant b booked 4 bigamy coz u hvnt married again.if u hv enough money then dont care otherwise keep it secret.
wat d live in relaion act says i dont know.

If the second woman is not married, there will be no offence of adultery under IPC.
If that other woman is not married, your wife can still file for divorce on the ground of adultery. Criminal law of adultery is different from the civil law relating to adltery.But given your wife's present attitude of not agreeing for divorce she may not seek a divorce and give you the freedom to marry the other woman!!

As lawyer I cannot suggest live-in relationship by a man who is married. Extra marital relationships can only bring tension and longterm strife. "Enjoyment" will be temporary.

resorting to live in relationship because your wife does not want to live with you or give you divorce , cannot be sustained as a defence if the wife lodges criminal complaint and ropes you in for a big trouble ahead. so keep your hands clean, is the advice

Enjoy live-in and face consequency and be mentally prepared for bigamy and adultary. Advisable that you must not under-estimate your wife qua her reaction.
