Dear Friends,
As i am unknown about the law point therefore i want to take your valuable openion in this circumstances :
1. In my anticipatory bail's hearing wife said that she want to stay with me. i am not in intention to keep such type of wife who alleged the false alegations on me and my family. Judge said during the hearing to my advocate that main accused is to be called in next hearing. case is going on in Bihar.
2. i think that if i present than what to say before the judge if he says me to make compromise beacuse i do not want to go in compromise?
3. if i deny to compromise than , what the judge will do in my present ?
4. can Police arrest me in 498a in the court before the judge ? How to mannage this circumstances. if i do not present in next hearing than what will hapen ?
5. can my advocate file application before the judge for protection order or stay order against arrest by police in next hearing in which judge called me. after taking order from the judge than will i present in further date of hearing ?
Kindly advise on all the point and also suggest a better strategy to over come of such things

In my opinion,
1. Go to the court only when the court gives you interim protection.
2. Ask your wife why she wants to come to a place where she was treated with cruelty and her life was in jeopardy ? The fact that she is ready to come improbablises her version of torture. Believe me courts have said this.
3. Tell judge you are not ready and need to think. Seek time next date your lawyer can say NO - that in itself is not a ground for denial of bail.
