Rectification deed required?

Hello friends, i need some urgent help from you , i just check that is it legel in delhi property that sale deed date is earlier than conveyance deed date.If yes then how this property sale,please advise asap.

What do you mean actually?
On can execute a sake deed on a earlier date though he can register the same on a later date.

i just want to check that , if a person hav a property @allotment from dda and afetrwords in 2011 a floor of that property sold to a lady ,and later on that person get a conveyance deed from DDA in his name only.so now if a person want to buy that property, can he do so, or he need some rectification deed for that.....

I just want to check that , if a person hav a property through allotment directly from dda and afterwords in 2011 a floor of that property sold to a lady through proper sale deed via. mention the description of allotment letter details ,and later on that person get a conveyance deed from DDA in his name only in 2012.And now if a third person want to buy that property, can he do so, or he need some rectification deed for that..... Please advise ASAP.......
