Order of Labour court is appealable before High Court.

technically speaking award of labour court becomes final after 30 days od date of its publication in govt. gazette . meaning thereby within this 30 days we can approach labour court for any modification/review however after expiry of 30 days only remedy is to challenge the award by filing writ petition before High Court (though it is not called an appeal but its effect is the same) . Such writ petition should be filed at the earliest though no limitation period is prescribed under law.
