Police chargesheet

Please let me know at the time of filing Chargesheet in court all accused to be present there. If due to some urgency of work if any one out of six accused not present in court than it will be problematic for absent accused. or he can appear in next date of hearing. This will create problem for getting bail for him/her and other accused on the date of filling of chargesheet. Also let me know police can file chargesheet either in court directly or can call all accused in police station and present them with chargesheet in court.

If one of the accused remained absent and no exemption application didn't file on the date of adjournment, then court will issue Non Bailable warrant to that accused.
Police will file the chargesheet in the court and court will supply the copies of chargesheet to an accused.
