Can the court order not to transfer movable and immovable property of my family members.
my wife have claim in DV to stay on my and family members accounts etc.

Can i close one of my bank acocunts as order for the same has not been passed yet??

what are the counter case which i can file against my wife

No, only property belonging to you is amenable to the jurisdiction of court and that too in relation of her stay in it only.

The allegations made are very dramatic and false. I am not asking for any false case. cases like defamation etc.

Can i close one of my bank account?? and also withdraw amount from salary account.

You can file a criminal case against her u/s 383, 384 of IPC for extortion, if she or her parents demand money.
