Gpa to builder/developer

As per new Supreme Court Judgment on GPA for propery sale, GPA can be registered between family members, and between land owners and builders. Is this right? Can we give GPA to our Builder for sale of part of property against the constuction of building.

Yes, you can. It is a legitimate practice. Only GPA's which are colourably meant to sell the property are outlawed by the Supreme court.

you can enter into development agreement with your builder . give him power ofattorney for development of your property
