DEAR SIR,
WE are having ancesstral Hotel .My grandfather transferred this Hotel 50% each in the name of my Father & 50% in the name of my uncle ( Father's Brother).This Hotel is a leased property with municipal corporation.
I am doing service and live outside . My father has expired few days back .Now my uncle & my younger brother who lives with them wants to sell my father property and are not willing to give my share. Can they sell this property without my signature& NOC. We are two brothers & one sister .For my uncle is NOC for all three of us is required to sell this property.
One more question is that to clain for my share of property I & my wife live in Karnal-Haryana & this property is in Meerut-UP .Can I file a case from Karnal-Haryana as it is not possible for me to go to Meerut (UP) as my uncle & his son threatens me when I go to Meerut. Plz advice

You can not be deprived of your share in the hotel.
Without wasting time anymore file a case of partition and injunction.
The case will have to be filed at Meerut only, Karnal court has no jurisdiction in it.

The jurisdiction is at Meerut only.
remedy is to file a suit of partition and injunction as already advised.
threatening may be reported to police.if you are so much worried about threatening then forget your share.
