service tax on freight inward

Sir,

I am engaged in mfg.company & my quition is if we paid service tax on freight inward with abatement of 75% & also take credit for the same?

Pls. guidance about how we taken credit & under which notification?

if your query has not been satisfied, kindly clarify more. othrwise, the broad answer will be thatthere can not be any credit on service tax paid on inward freight. and also can not be any credit if the service tax has not been charged by the GTA operator.riven
