To detect old stamp paper

dEAR SIR

I PURCHASED AN AGRICULTURE LAND IN RAJASTHAN IN APRIL 2000 .
I HAVE AN AGREEMENT BUT DUE TO CHEATING NATURE OF SELLER FINAL REGISTRY COULD NOT BE DONE .
IN MAY 2012 WE SUITED A CASE AGAINST THE SELLER TO GET THE LAND REGISTERED THROUGH COURT THAT WE HAVE THE POSSESSION SINCE 2002
OF WHICH LEGAL PROOF ATTACHED .

SELLER HIRED A LAWYER WHO ADVISED THE SELLER TO MAKE A BACK DATED FRAUDULENT DEAD OF 1997 .

FORE THE PURPOSE THEY MANAGED FOR PURCHASIING BACK DATED STAMP PAPER OF (5 X 20)= 100 RUPEES .

NO ANY STAMP NUMBER IS THERE BECAUSE IN PREVIOUS YEARS THERE WAS NO ANY PROVISION OF STAMP NUMBERS .

I WANT TO TRACK THE STAMPS RIGHT FROM THE PRINTING OF STAMPS .
KINDLY HELP ME .

ALSO TELL ME PLEASE THAT AFTER PRINTING THE STAMPS THROUGH WHICH ROUTE THE STAMPS ARE REACHED TO STAMP VENDER .

IN WHICH FORMATE OF RTI AND FROM WHICH OFFICE I CAN GET THE REQUIRED INFORMATION .

THE MATTER IS OF RAJASTHAN STATE .

you can call register of stamp vendor through court to verify such purchase of stamp paper.

please reply following question:-

1. is your agreement is registered?
2. in which mode, you have made advance money?

Stamps are printed in Govt.press of Nasik.Also now in Hyderabad.

They are procured then by treasury of state and then distributed to their district head quarters of treasury from where vendors licensed by District Magistrate procure it for retail sale and are to maintain a sale register for the same.

Printing year can be fixed by press who printed it.

Dear Ashok,

First of all, see whether your suit is maintainable? The land was agreed to be purchased in the year 2000. As per law of limitation, preferring suit for specific performance of contract is 3 years. Your suit came up before court in the year 2012. Irrespective of the fact that your have possession of the suit premises since 2002, your suit itself is time barred.

As regards your query to know about the stamps, my friends have already advised you on that issue.
