Maitainability of suit on age of the daughter about 70yrs and married before 1956

The suit filed by the daughter (married) before the 1956 age about 70yrs. The suit is maintainable under the section 6 of HSA 2005.The property is not registered partitioned before the 2005 and daughter has not reliquished the rights over the property.
Now question is suit is maitainable over the age of the daughter and married before 1956?? The property is in Karnataka

Yes ! The suitis well maintainable for her share in the ancestral property,her present age or her marriage date has no relevance to the maintainability of any suit.
