my uncle made a forge document the charge sheet is filed in the court how much time does it take after the police file a chargesheet n can we do anything for the court to take the matter immideately the people in the court say it takes 6 monts to 1 year of the matter please guide n thankx all the experts ur guidence helped me a lot to take this matter till the court

It depend upon pendency of cases, prosecution side coperation and other legal court procceding as taking of cognizance, framing of charge, how much time is consumed by witness. The defence side may linger the case by not attending the court and dispensing time petition.
