i wanted to construct ground + 3 floor residential apartments on dc converted land of 4800 sft ( out side BBMP lIMITS) at anekal taluq, chandapura

following information required

a) who is the correct plan sanction authority for DC converted site ( out side BBMP Limits)

b) what are the plan sanction permissions to be obtain to get bank loan facility
