Exparte eviction order

(Querist) 25 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
exparte eviction order is passed ag. me on ground of subletting and non payment of rent.should i make appeal in distt court or request order issuing court to set aside the orders. which alternative is effective.i owe rent arrears and not in position to pay.
