Sms on mobile of father/brother of wife

I have already imposed three cases on my wife, one is Conjugal Rights, second is Child Custody & thir one is contemt of court. I was sending text SMS for my wife on the mobile of my father-in-law, brother-in-law and wife from last 1 year. The messages are of love and affection for my wife. Now in last weak, my wife complaint to police that my husband sends messages on the mobiles on her parents. Is it crime to send message for my wife. How can I get out of this trauma.

no crime to send messages to wife . but if your wife dosent like these messages stop doing it. after you have filed 3 cases against your wife she would not reciprocate your feelings of love

When you have filed cases against your wife,what was the necessity to send messages to third parties.As per your version you want to make the court feel that you are innocent.

SENDING SMS WILL NOT HELP. You cannot prove anything in court of Law in your favour , now at later stage, after court suits.
