You have to registaer to state sales tax Dept.,

Shop and establishment registration.
If It is attached with garage/repair
the n Both of above and Service Tax registration along with the your state requirement.

Dear Friend, First decide the form of business whether it is a co., firm or proprietorship concern. you have to acquire following licenses;
1. Shop & Establishment
2. VAT registration.
3. Service Tax Registration.
4. Profession Tax Registration.
5. PAN
6. TAN if applicable
7. Other on the basis of nature of entity.
