How to get divorce without wasting time.

(Querist) 08 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
dear sir my divorce case is going in a court. married on 14-2-2006, after one month seperated, and after many mediations with few elders she told that she is ready to take divorce. but not coming to sign on petition. so i filed for divorce in court. recently 20-4-2012 completed one hearing for reconciliation , but i opposed to compromise with my wife. but now she (wife)is telling in court that she dont want divorce, already 6 years wasted, 7th year is going now. simply she is wasting the time. but honble judge ordered to one meeting with pastor as a mediator (who done the marriage in 2006). and next hearing is on 15-6-2012. now i want your advice how to take divorce from court ?

I think, I read
"How to get Divorce without marriage"

However in India DIVORCE in court INVARIABLY accompany "DELAY"., ITS ARE TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN. DIVORCE & DELAY.

HUSBAND AND WIFE CAN SEPARATE, NOT DIVORCE & DELAY. Except 13B, ONLY WAY OUT FOR U.

Without wasting the time you cannot get divorce. Law has to follow. There is procedure that has to be completed.

no short cuts for divorce . your wife does not want a divorce . hence it may take years

The process would take its own time.

Gentleman,

We don't waste time for getting married,we don't waste time to develop misunderstandings,we don't waste time to get separated and unlimately we should get divorce without wasting time. The court is not our household so where everything happens according to us.But court is not like that,it has got its limitations and powers as well to conclude a case.Number of technicalities are involved.Hence you have to wait till the final outcome. All these contents are because I was not impressed with the title of the thread. Sorry

Don't worry, soon people start contract marriage for a year, extendable at their pleasure. No DV, no 498 no Divorce. Pampering women by Govt & Laws had pulled lots of harassed husbands like you to wall. It cannot be stretched further. It will break h-w relationship in future.
