Getting co-ownership

i got registered a house on my wife name
but company says for tax saving you must also be owner or co-owner
so now what are the options to avail tax saving

Let your wife gift or relinquish the whole or part of the house in your favour.

Until your name do not figure as owner or co-owner of the demised property, you cannot get income tax benefit. so persuade your wife to gift the property in your favour which shall require stamp duty.
