mr. nambi naidu bought the agriculture land of 93 cents from mr. r.r. reddy in 1950 , nambi naidu had four sons and his wife was expired. name of the sons 1.nambi subiah 2.sundarajan 3.ranganathan 4.venkatraman . Mr.nambi naidu made a settlement deed in favour of sundarajan and venkatraman for the above mentioned property in 1989 and in 1990 he cancelled the settlement deed and venkatraman was expired in 1998 . there are four legal heirer of venkatraman 1. his wife , lokammal 2. his son, murugesan 3.his daughter priya 4. his daughter rani. in 2010 mr.balasubramaniam is buying the nambi naidu property from 1.nambi subiah 2.sundarajan 3.ranganathan as a venkat raman legal hirer lokammal and murgesan all the five persons have signed and sold 83 cents out of 93 and mentioned that priya and rani are the minor at the time of sell deed and left remaining 11.65 cents for the minors priya and rani which was mentioned in sell deed and in 2011 jan mr.ramesh had bought 7 cents out of 83 cents from balasubramaniam and like this a few more persons bought from mr.balasubramaniam and in that i bought 7 cents from ramesh on 11nov 2011.nambi naidu died in 1997.during sell agreement the property was in the name of nambi naidu ,soundarajan and venkatraman mutually accepted that the deed made by nambi naidu as cancelled IS THERE ANY LEGAL PROBLEM?

you need to consult a local lawyer to verify title deeds of the property . the settlement deed , cancellation of settlement deed have to be gone into before giving any advice .
