there is an alteration in month as 4 as 3 in promissory note. dated: 03-03-2010 .now it is void or not. his check bounced. the XI magistrate cancel the case showing void reason due to correction of month. now civil case can be kept or not. shall we win the case

any alteration of promissory note not valid without signature of the party, you can try to civil case.

Promissory note not reqd for issue of process.
Any Pro note was issued by opp party, and if he made alteration, you are not liable.
