on 2/04/2009 we filed a
> complaint against our society's secretary for harassment.
> under IPC 503 at police

Dear Querist,
1. Get a Counter case registered against them for criminal intimidation + hurt + Outraging the modesty of a woman. You've not shared what did the MLC (Medico Legal Case Report) reveal. It would be pertinent to decide what offences are made out.
2. If the police refuses to co-operate - file a 156(3) Application with the local magistrate or a complaint case.

MLC report of my sons was multiple traumas and of secretary's son muscle fracture in nose....can u tell me what wud that result into , which problems..

still now we have not got chargesheet in this case what to do and how to withdraw case
they have put ipc 325, 323, 504, 506, 34 against us and
we have put ipc 354, 323, 504, 506 against them.

Both cases are having almost same sections. If both parties reach to an agreement then the statements can be got changed and the matter can be got settled through court.
