SIR,.,WITH SUBMISSION OF ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO CITY CARPORATION,I TOOK PERMISSION TO INSTALL THE MOBILE TOWER INSTALLATION IN MY OWN PLOT LOCATED IN RESIDENTIAL AREA TO LEADING COMPANY,ALREADY 95 % OF INSTALLATION OVER. NOW NEIGHBOUR & OTHERS ARE STOPPED WITH APPROACHING THE DIST-COMMISSIONER,POLICE.WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP OF MOBILE COMPANY,CITY CARPORATION AND DIST-COMMISSIONER.ALL READY KAVIAT ALSO SEND TO 2 PARTIES. PLEASE CLARIFY. THANKING YOU.

U file a suit for permanent injunction against the neighbours. When the matter will be in the court Dist.-Commissioner cannot do any thing, because civil court orders are binding on all.

The radiation emitting from the tower is harmful to the neighbors and also to inhabitants in the building. Neighbours approach is good for you also.

no need to worry since ur documentation is complete.

company will also be concerned abt this fact....almost all the companines have faced this problem.

my suggestion to u is to take help of the legal cell/ manager of the company concerned, they must be having enough judgments and law to get u out of the soup.

however u can also file a suit for mandatory injunction.
