As long as you are legally married with someone you ca not maintain such relationship with anybody.

dont know what to say..
if you are in middle age mean divorce may be good solution for your case., then you can go ahead with your second life partner.. but as of your age., almost you lived your life., had seen every thing.. is anything else?
just think well and do anything as of your wish..,

Go ahead it will be a good ground for her to seek divorce on allegation of loose character and you will not be able to avoid maintenance charge.
Further the live in lay will also demand maintenance.
Further if your children are not yet married then you will be saved of martial expenses (which are huge in Hindus) because they will have to themselves elope as you will not be able to find a match for them with such a socially deplorable behaviour. You will be saved on customary expenses on the marriages of children of your brothers and sisters as you will no more be a guest (leave alone being a host).
But you may have to take some expenses and trouble if your wife and children decide to beat her down (as we see many media reports n such cases)
