Name in 7/12, 6, etc..

I purchase one old flat in Ahmedabad. In this prop. 7/12, and 6 no. document there is name of builder. there is no name of society, of flat owners.
(1)Is it Problem? or my flat title is diffective ?
(2) if I want add my name in 7/12, 6 etc.. what is procdure?

VF 7/12 and 6 are for village agr.land and when the land is converted into non-agr.then it disappears from 7-12 and 6 and property card is prepared by panchayat for the plots,where you have to pay non-agr.assessment.

After purchasing the property your name will be entered after following the due procedure. You can also file an application before the concerned authority to enter your name. Produce the xerox copy of the sale deed.

It is true that initially landed property remains in the name of builder and when the society is formed, it is handed over to society and its name is duly changed therein and thereafter society takes charge and maintain ownership/allotment record. You need not to get entered your name is the documents mentioned by you.

society/asso. is not formed. and no share cert. is alloted by builder. builder is also res. in 1 flat. in this circumstances where is i enter my name in which documents? and what is procedure ? and who is authority?

Issue notice to builder to form society, and let him complete conveyance in soc name.
YOUR NAME WILL BE AS A MEMBER OF SOC, NOT ON 7/12
Ask ur neighbor soc members. u will know all

In Gujarat is it compolsory to form Society/NTC. ? If it is compolsory and builder not form soc. what action is necessary.
