Name change of owner in rtc form

Hi friends

The origninal owner of the property is Girija
having 3.6 acres, have converted to DC and alloted the Residential plots in 1989 to Naveen .

In Encumberance Certificate Naveen name is showing from 1989 to upto date and even paying all the khata taxes to government.

BUT in RTC (Phani) FORM NO.16 it is showing the GIRIJA Name till now

My Question is in RTC(Phani) whether the name has to be changed or what?

Whether it will have problem in further?

Kindly help me.
