Narco test

i want to know that is NARCO test legal. i mean the answer which we get in narco test is sufficient to call someone a culprit.for example if someone make a crime say a murder of someone and there is no evidence against him then in such case narco test will be helpful?

evidance act bars the wrongful methods of obtaining evidances only, it does not bar evidence itself.....but final conviction can only be done after appraising all the relavent evidances......

Superme court has declared that NARCO TEST, POLYGRAPHY are not valuable evidence and the Police,CBI and other investing machinery will force anyone to conduct these tests
