dear members,
require your advice on court fee calculation urgently....
the value of suit property is 4,96,50,000/-(four crores ninety six lacs and fifty thousand)
kindly advice what will be the advolerem court fee for filing suit in Delhi....
urgent reply would be aprreciated...

Rs. 6248 for 4 L+ Rs. 48.80 for every Rs. 5000 or part thereof
