DEAR SIR,

PLEASE ADVISE, HOW TO FIND REGISTER MARRIAGE IN OTHER STATE. STILL DIVORCED CASE IS PENDING IN COURT & WIFE REMARRIED WITHOUAT TAKING DIVORCED. CAN I PROVE THIS IS WITHIN DIVORCED CASE OR I HAVE TO FILE BIGMANY CASE.

PLEASE ADVISE CAN I CHECK THE RECORD IN NET FOR REGISTER MARRIAGE.

There is no system to check as such moreover what if they have not registered their marriage.

Your can check it with the registrar of marriages. Is it possible for you to check it in other states?

Well you can find the details with official influence of particular sub registerer office. When she got second marriage. Is near and future or long back. If it was near and future you can. Able to find easy then long back. Without assuerence and evidence you can't blame any one

you can check record of sub-registrar of that city, in which you have doubt.

In many states it may be possible while in many not.You need to visit personally the place where you anticipate registration and can lawfully inspect register by application.
