you have been grenated 30 days leave . you have attended lectures in second semester . since your overall attendance was poor you were denied permission to sit in exams .
no question of refund

your head may be granted ur leave , but for exam the university have some formalities so according to that you r not eligible, so u cant
Pradeep Rohra (Expert) 30 January 2012
As you have got a leave and permission is also given by institute then you are liable to sit in the examination. Firstly you must have to produce medical certificate and also letter of request before the institute. Even then institute does not give you permission then issue legal notice with the help of advocate and there after file a consumer complaint under Consumer Protection Act 1986 against institute. You will get speedy justice.

You can go for consumer complaint by issuing a prior notice claiming damages by not allowing to appear for the examination.

This matter must be time barred now.
Pl verify dates 3 yrs old??

TRUE THE INSTITUTE IS NOT GOING TO REFUND FEES.

BUT IF THE REFUSAL IS NOT OLDER THAN TWO YEARS FOLLOWING Mr.ROHRA YOU CAN VERY WELL SUCCEED NOT ONLY GETTING BACK FEES PAID BUT ALSO DAMAGES IF YOU HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS.
