Wheather Trust is a separate legal entity like company and societies?

A trust is a legal entity that may be formed in order to manage property for your intended beneficiaries by keeping your bequeathals–your investments and investible funds–in the custody (or ‘trust’) of some persons (called the trustees).

Yes offcourse trust has a seperate legal entity.

trust is not a separate legal entity infact its just an obligation attached to any property.
