Very urgent please help........

Dear Expeerts,

I got married in 2009. From the beginning my wife start fighting with me and stay our place only 8-9 months in 3 years and not even regularly. Some time 20 days and some time 15 days and so on.

Last month she come from office and start fighting with me and shouting on me and then hurt herself on her head with flower port. Blood come for that time and we called the police and call her parents then she not say any thing to police and go back her home with her parents. We already given a written complaint to police station whatever happen.

Now her few relative come in picture and she told them even not ready to come back and stay with me.

Now all his relative want once sit and discussed together in front of her and me.

My question:

If she ready to come back at that time then may be she will come back and do some thing her self then we will come in big problem. So can we do any thing if she ready to come back so we can save our self if she do any thing wrong herself.

Second cos she already refuse to come and also not ready to give me divorced then what I can do so that I will get the divorced in this case

My wife alreaady divoced from 1st marrriage and with me her second marriage and she is advocate too and balck mail me alot...

wow . what a story . it is better to divorce her by mutual consent . since she is an advocate she must be knowing that if you file for divorce and she contests the petition it would take you ages to get a divorce .

since your wife dosent want to stay with you any more and you have only strayed together for 9 months in 3 years period amicable separation is best

If you don't want to continue in your marriage Just file the divorce petition a long with all the documents & contest the case.

As you mentioned : you file for divorce and she contests the petition it would take you ages to get a divorce .

I did not understand the meaning:

And second she is not ready for mutual divorce. we both are 35 year now.

by ages i mean it may take some years to get a divorce . if she fights your divorce case .

if your wife is not ready for divorce she may change her mind as she wont be able to remarry unless she gets a divorce

and if with the help of any agencies we will recorded her video and prove she has affair with other guys so its work. because she have alot of affair in past and she need only that type of life. but don't want to give me divorce so that she will get a stamp of married women.

Dear ajay Sir with me his second mary and from first mary she has one kid ( boy ) 10 year and she told me i don't need to mary again she is happy go out with guy and fun. Always thread me and not ready any case to leave me. told me i will spoil your and your parents life

Sir, she has sent me many SMS where she mentioned. she hate me alot and abuse me in sms and say like tit til ka marrega and abouse my parents etc.

SMS work in court sir.

why do you keep on changing your story . on one hand you say her relatives are saying she dosent want to come back and stay with you .

on other hand you say she wont leave you .

any how we have given you our advise .

Dear Sir, I am sorry i am not changing any thing. i mean not leave me means not ready at any cost to give me divorced with mutual. told me if you need go to court and told me i will see you in court i know how to handle i am advocate. I will case against you and your old parents and you will not get the bail even.
