Power of attorney

What happens if I want to sell my property and I have been willed it but there was a power of attorney?

In other words, I would like to know what happens to a power of attorney in case someone passes away. Does the deed of will supersede the power of attorney?

My property is freehold as well, which I did after death.

Yes will will supersede POA

With the death of the Princicipal the POA ceases to exist.
However the Will would come into effect.

POA also expires immediately on the death of testator/Principal so the existence of only will remains thereafter.
