my query is that,

is the Panchayat have the power to construct road on someone's agriculture Land without his permission.
if panchyat do so what remedies available to that person.

No department has legal right to enchrchment to legal propery or land

Answer: No unless panchayat is empowered by Act,notification.

Article 300A clearly says that No person shall be deprived of his property
save by authority of law.

if panchyat do so what remedies available to that person.

Answer: Make complaint and thereafter Writ to the High Court.

There can be a criminal case of misuse of powers. If that is done the husbandsof female panchs will compel them to abandone the project.

Panchayat is not having power to acquire the land without any notice and compensation.

You can approach the HC by way of WRIT. You can get compensation, cost,damages etc. But, make sure that you have not received any notice.

Any Panchayat can not make road on private land without going through due procedure of acquisition.
The aggrieved party should file writ in high
court.
