RAM bought 10 hectare land from govt alonwith his father in law and brother 40 yrs back. share of ram was 25 percent , brother shyam 25 percent and father in law krishna 50 percent. ram was cultivating whole land since purchase, 20 years back his father in law and brother passes away,ram continue to cultivate, 3 yrs back ram filed a suite that no one named krishna exits and his brother has also died so land should be recorded in the name of himself 3/4 share and 1/4 in the name of shyams heir.in this suite he made shyams heir the party. this suite was filed by ram s son who happens to be a lawyer,later on shyams heir submitted affirmative affedavite in the court through the same lawyer [ram,s sons] on this basis revenue court issued a decree declaring ram owner of 3/4 share and 1/4 to shyam ,s heirs. now krishna legal heirs filed a fir against ram , his lawyer son and shyam ,s heirs. what is the legal position .who is guilty and under what sections

This query was raised by you some days ago without mentioning the names as Ram, Shyam and Krishna but with A B & C having same facts and that query was duly replied by me as well as various other respectable experts. You refer to the same reply as nothing has changed in the facts.

Repeated query answered by experts a few days back.
But the names of characters in the story looks to be different.
