I DID LLB FROM ROHTAK UNIVERSITY WITHOUT TAKING PERMISSION FROM MY EMPLOYER.CAN I DO LLB EVENING CLASS AFTER TAKING PERMISSION FROM MY EMPLOYER FROM THE SAME UNIVERSITY?I AM A CENTRAL GOVT EMPLOYEE.

What is necessity of permission from your employer? U can join day class /eve class as courses available in that university (in some colleges attendance will be given for extra fees).

Dear Mr. Venkatesh,
If a Govt. servant does not take permission for getting admission to LL.B. Course, in the first place he could not have got admission to the Course. If he had got admission, at that time itself he might not have revealed that he was employed with the Government.

Further, having completed the LL.B. without prior permission from his employer, he will have difficulty at the time of getting Enrollment with the Bar Council.

Therefore, prior permission from employer for getting admission into LL.B. is a must.

Why do you want to repeat the LLB??
Any ways, doing LLB or any academic course whatsoever is your choice and your employer has no say on this.
