About voting card

sir, i wanna ask u query, query is that, suppose one's lost his /her voting card. another person's found it. consider, a person who got voting card, he did any crime through using voter id. then who would be accountable for crime.

If you have really loosed your voter Icard ,report the matter to police and thereafter proceed to get an other prepared.If you know the finder ask him to give you back and on refusal report to police.

You need not worry about that,just lodge a diary to the Police and contact with Block Office to prepare new one.

Why should the author worry and why should he got lodge FIR if he made alleged crime?

As the author has not told his status or link with the vague query, why should we anticipate about him.

A person who did crime is responsible for its consequences irrespective of his holding any identity card of voter card or ration card of bus pass or rail pass of electricity bill or any other thing pertaining to some other person.

You should not have forgotten that voter ID card also bears a photograph of a person inscribed on that, which cannot be replaced by any person in order to misuse the card.
