Passport reissue without marriage certificate

Hello,

I stay at Airoli Navi Mumbai and my passport is about to expire in 3 months.

I dont have a marriage certificate as my marriage was not registered and i need to

reissue my passport.

My wife is not ready to give her signatures for marriage certificate or affividavit as we

are living seperately and i have already filed restitution of conjugal rights on her.

I want the passport not for travelling but its compulsory to have it as per my office

policy else i will loose my job.

Please let me know if there is any way to get my passport re issued ?

Check with the Passport Authority whether it can get satisfied with any affidavit or not.
Else you may submit the certifies copies of your case papers to show that you were indeed married.

Already advised on another thread of the author. Get your passport reissued till your conjugal matter is resolved. You can get the passport reissued with revised particulars any time thereafter.
