Being an Advocate can I provide my services for forming / incorporating LLP-Limited Liability Patnership for my Professional clients ?
I have observed that Chartered Accountants / Company Secretaries do offer their services for forming / incorporating LLPs.
Are Advocates authorized to extend their services for incorporating / forming LLPs, Micro/Small/Medium Companies, Partnership Firms, Societies, NGOs, Clubs ?

There is writ petition pending in the higher courts for advocates also to allow this service.

It is probably at Delhi HC some body had posted complete details in forum section few months back , we have to search it.

I think there should not be any bar if all partners of LLP are advocates.

you are right thinking. all partners of llp may be advocate.
But author wish to provide service to clients.

As an Advocate I have been instrumental in forming / establishing / incorporating / initiating NGOs and Societies. My role has been only in drafting the Bye-laws, Aims & Objectives and explaining the same to the Members who will be part of the above said Bodies.The Registration of the said Bodies are then done in the respective Registrar's or Sub-Registrar's Offices.My endorsement in the final document even as an Adviser was not required.My role has been only as a catalyst.
Was I right in rendering my services being an Advocate ?

This is not the question that an advocate can advice for LLP or not.
The problem is that CA AND CS have been legally allowed to certify documents and sign application under LLP act , which is not so for advocates even though the advocates are more qualified.

I am very fortunate & privelaged to be interacting with all of you Sirs.
LLPs and corresponding activities are exponentially increasing. Sincerely wish the ROLE and IMPORTANCE of Advocates need to be enhanced.

Rightly staed by MR.JSDN. Form,which are required to file with ROC, is to be certified by only CA/CS for companies also.
