Punishment for filing a fake sc-st case

Hi All,
One SC person filed an SC - ST case against me for monetary gains. FIR was registered against me in the local police station. I paid some money for that SC person to withdraw the case. He withdrew the case stating in written statement that "I intentionally filed the case for some monetary relief and to get my debts to be waived of by the alleged person and the alleged person is not involved in any crime against me. I wholeheartedly would like to withdraw the case i have filed against me."
How Should I proceed further to punish such persons who are misusing the SC ST cases?? and how should i get my money back from him..

I differ with all experts who expressed their views above.
There is no agreement and complainant himself has withdrawn his complaint so querist has got full right to initiate criminal action against such person who misused his position and thus he succeeded in filing a false FIR.
Even if agreement out of court has been initiated and statement of complainant has been recorded as told in query then also it is a very serious offence on the part of complainant and thus gives a legal right in favour of alleged accused person to initiate action against him.

Raj kumar sir, can you please suggest me the way i should proceed further to punish that complainant that has filed a fake case against me.
I am having the copies of the withdrawal letter the complainant has submitted at the police station.
