Mr Singh.. whass up??????
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 20 November 2011
Order 41 Rule 27 Civil Procedure Code is not available to help such party but under section 151 of CPC, if such party convinces the appellate court that the proposed evidence was not in his knowledge when he led his evidence or the same has a latest development and bringing such evidence is just and proper for the disposal of the pending appeal only then after hearing both parties, such application can be allowed while hearing final argument.

Prabhakar Singh is in 'fine tune' on today. Kisi ko itna dambh bhi nhi rakhna chahiye khaskar is peshe main. yahan sab apni raye rakh sakte hain or jruri nhi ki sabhi aapse sehmat hon lekin kisi ko target karna or khud ko ;aflatoon; samjhna nihayat patan ka suchak hai. isse mere shit sabhi ko bachna chahiye.
