Pro note blackmailing

Respected sir,
My father is being blackmailed by a person by a pro note. My father gave 2 Pro note to a person affixing a stamp of 1 rupee to that person without signing(date too not mentioned).But now he is Black mailing my father that" we got 3 lakhs(1.5lakh for one Pro-note)from him ".My father dont know what to do.
Kindly suggest to and fro of the case if suited.
I shall be thankful if a case decided of such similar case is cited to me, whether in favour or against me

you are saying that your father not signed the pronote and how that person can ask for the recovery. so dont worry if not signed than it have no value for you.
you can also give a complaint to the concerned PS for this blackmailing and fraud

Yes right.
Anyway for blackmailing your father may initiate a criminal case u/s 509 IPC against that person.
