Registration act

sec 23 regn act provide document can be submitted for registration with in four months after its execution.and decrees or orders also with in four months.my question is decrees and orders are not regd then what consequesnce happens.why act compels registration of decree and order.

the purpose is that the document must be entered in the official records in time in order to avoid any revenue or other civil dispute....further the ownership will travel only if there is proper registration of the ownership rights in the appropriate register.

The sole purpose of law of registration is to put any fact in public notice,to conceive any thing else is devoid of merit in my opinion.
