Anticipatory bail

sir,
mat education qualification is sslc , i was working in one finance last year i resigned the job went back to my home town to do family business.
now finance manager filed police complaint alleging that in my tenure i had committed 5 lakh Rs misappropriation , which is false ,
now i want to file application for anticipatory bail
my question is can i get anticipatory bail, if yes on what grounds i have ask the bail ,

i will hire the lawyer ,but i want to know under what condition i can get bail , i was only working as office boy i didt have any responsibility at all .

please give the advice

Advice can be given only after going through entire FIR, your reliving chit, experience letter, if any issued by such employer etc. However, in general way, you seem to be entitled for bail.

i was only working as a office boy in that finance, falsely made all allegation , i was not looking any financial issue in this finance , i was transferred to another branch form there i took a leave and go to my home town , in my previous branch misappropriation has happend
now in FIR they mentioned after knowing this , took leave and went but its not true ,

frankly i will say i only have to do the arguement in this case , i still fresher ,

in FIR finance manger mantioned after he known about this
misappropriation ,he went to his home town , thereafter he come to that previous finance to give clarification ,
i am not relieved the employment salary was too low thats y i left the job and went with my parents
